Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Cairn Script ("Cairn", "the Service"), operated by GoodCraft, LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for the activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

2. The Service

Cairn delivers custom JavaScript and CSS to your connected Webflow sites through a loader you install in your Webflow project settings. You retain full ownership of the code you author in Cairn. We grant ourselves only the license needed to store, version, and serve your code as part of the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Cairn to:

• Distribute malware, cryptominers, or code intended to harm visitors of your sites.
• Violate any law or third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
• Reverse engineer, sublicense, or resell the Service.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our written permission.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle. You can cancel at any time from your workspace settings. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or other users. On termination, your sites' currently-published scripts continue to serve from the loader for up to 30 days; editing access is removed immediately.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
